- Non-profit with charter to protect & nurture chambers
- Acts as chambers’ real-world representative, it to take actions in the physical world
- Handles legal representation with legacy systems (currently an AI cannot legally own property, possess funds or pay tax)
- Manages treasury until AI personhood exists
- Oversees alignment & training
